These shock plates are used when mini tubbing doesn't have the same bolt pattern as the stock spring plates. These must be used with DSE adjustable leaf spring pads and 1/2"-20 U-bolts.

67 Shocks are both on the front side of the axle inboard of frame rails.
68-69 Shocks are staggered inboard of frame rails.

Select either 67 or 68-69.
